Louis Sica

I was born and raised in Northern NJ where I lived until I enlisted into the U.S. Army in 1997. I spent 11 years as a Military Policeman, which took me all over the United States, to Europe, and 2 deployments to Iraq.

I was honorable discharged in 2008 shortly after my final deployment from Iraq was complete.

From there I attempted to pursue a career in Federal Law Enforcement as this was a path I was very familiar with already.
However, life has a funny way of throwing curveballs at you. Thing is, I couldn’t find a government law enforcement job anywhere.
So I was left with no job, no income, no meaning to my life for the first time in over a decade.
Then I stumbled on a site for a program that certified personal trainers………so I figured, “Why not?” and signed up.

It was 6 months later, and 30lbs lighter I was a personal trainer and found a new meaning for myself again.

Between 2008 and 2014 I would hold numerous Coaching jobs at numerous “Big Box” gyms and personally owned fitness facilities.

After my most recent position as an Assistant Strength Coach for a privately-owned Athletic Strength & Conditioning company, I decided to try my hand at starting my own fitness business.

In 2014, I started Iron Will with a few key things in mind: 1) Deliver a great customer experience, 2) Show people that we care about their fitness goals and them as a person….not a dollar sign, 3) Guide those who are “lost” in their fitness journey on the right path to a better, healthier, and stronger mind and body.

The first few years we started out with mainly Large Group Fitness classes and some personal training clients. I rented space inside a local gym, and ran most of the classes and personal training at the time. There were less than 50 clients at the time. But the training space at the time was growing too small to fit all the clients and deliver an effective training experience.

In April of 2016 we made the leap and moved into our 3,500 sqft location in Levittown, PA where we currently operate out of.
Since opening Iron Will boasts helping over 752 local Bucks County Residents lose a grand total of 10,722 lbs. Myself and my staff have literally saved the health and lives of so many men and women in the Lower Bucks County area. We may have helped a friend, family member, or co-worker of your in the past.

I have been a Coach/trainer for the past 10 years. My fitness journey starts after all my children were born. I started out teaching indoor cycling and from there went into personal training and group fitness.
